Good afternoon, Friends! I am excited to share this information with you:

The August Network Volusia Event will be Thursday, August 21, from 5pm to 7pm and will be held at the American Cancer Society, Inc. offices at 1737 N. Clyde Morris Blvd. Suite 140, Daytona Beach, 32117.

The ACS is preparing for the annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer fundraiser walk and this is an opportunity to learn more about that cause, and network with other business professionals. There will be some delicious finger foods (among others, we have received a donation of yummy Buffalo Wild Wings), beverages including some donated from SR Perrott, and fun pink cupcakes and other chocolate desserts!

We have also secured some great door prizes for the event! ACS is providing several goody baskets; Cindy Lee’s has donated a gift certificate for a facial; Turnstone Consulting has donated a gift certificate for one free individual tax preparation (value up to $250); we have two cute fuchsia heart shaped post-it pop-ups from Network Volusia and more prizes are coming in each day!

If you or your business would like to donate a prize, please let us know so we can advertise your donation. We appreciate all those who contribute and participate in promoting small business in our County. If you would like to host a future event and showcase your business, please let us know. We would love to have you as a business partner!
